Experience: 7 to 10 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions within our F&B business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance with UAE labor laws while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and UAE labor laws.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Ensure proper workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policies are effectively communicated.
• Oversee HR software, ERP systems, and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
• Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, including visa processing and PRO services.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HR software, ERP systems, and reporting tools, odoo system
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
