Roles & Responsibilities
This full-time on-site role is designed for a Human Resources Generalist based in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will manage all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Key duties also involve creating HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits, and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Strong understanding of Local Labor Laws and HR Policies
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to develop and execute HR strategies effectively
• Exceptional Organizational and Time Management abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar Middle East role is preferred
