Location: Al Quoz, Dubai
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at a leading curtain factory in Al Quoz, Dubai. With approximately 100 employees, our factory thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process, including onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
