HR Director Required in Dubai

We are looking for a leader with a successful track record in HR responsible within the sectors of Supply Chain & Logistics/ Manufacturing/ Finance/Procurement/ IT/ Commercial Excellence.

TASKS:

General oversight of operational cross-site human resources tasks
Support and guidance for managers and staff in terms of strategy and operations
Managing intricate cases pertaining to both individual and collective labour legislation
Accountability for HR policies, procedures, and business contracts
Speak with and negotiate with the local works council on matters pertaining to co-determination.
Ensuring payroll accounting and monthly close
Overseeing and carrying out recruitment
Advising on and carrying out staff development initiatives
Managing all matters pertaining to temporary work

QUALIFICATIONS:

Willingness to travel
Completed university degree
Evidence of strong career progression
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Fluency in English & one other European language (particularly German, Spanish, French & Italian)
Entrepreneurial mindset
Good command of financial analysis and management accounting incl. P&L analysis, in order to identify and prioritize necessary measures fro improvement.
