Hiring HR Assistant (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
• Post job vacancies on job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Employee Records & Administration:
• Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
• Assist in the preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records.
Compliance & HR Policies:
• Stay updated with MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct basic training sessions for employees on HR policies and workplace regulations.
General HR Support:
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation:
4,000 AED per month (including everything) depending on experience, no other benefit
