Our client is a provider of EV charging solutions based in Dubai, UAE. With years of experience in the electromobility field and German ownership, they offer a wide range of charging options including wall boxes and portable solutions. Their goal is to make the transition to electromobility as seamless as possible by providing knowledgeable advice and a variety of payment options for their customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting cum Human Resources Manager. The Accounting cum Human Resources Manager will be responsible for financial statements, employee benefits, human resources, accounting, finance and other relevant activities. The Accounting Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for creating, managing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the payroll process, as well as general accounting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Financial Statements and Accounting skills
Human Resources (HR) and Employee Benefits experience
Experience in Finance and related activities
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and Strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field
Certification in CMA, CFA or related certification is a plus
