Job Opportunity: HR Administration Coordinator
Location: Kezad, Abu Dhabi | Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration Coordinator to support our administrative and operational HR functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of logistics, facilities, and employee support services.
Key_Responsibilities:
• Flight bookings & airport transfers
• Company car usage & maintenance coordination
• Utility payments (ADDC, DEWA)
• Accommodation & facility maintenance
• Vehicle registration & renewals
• PO & GRN creation in SAP
• Invoice reconciliation (security, Imdaad, KEZAD)
• JAFZA gate pass facilitation
• Visa coordination (as needed)
• General admin & ad-hoc support
Requirements:
• Experience in HR/Admin coordination
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills
• Good knowledge of UAE regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently
