HR and Admin Specialist

We are looking for experienced HR & Admin Specialist with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You need to have the ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels and experience to manage the areas of recruitment, induction, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, talent development, HR governance and general management in coordination with the different departments within the company.

HR Responsibilities

Recruitment and selection process through to the on boarding process.
Manage Payroll with benefits and compensation for employees.
Identify and implement training and development initiatives.
Develop and monitor HR annual budget.
Responsible for handling employee relations, time management, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management.
Develop, revise and ensure the implementation of all HR policies & procedures in line with the UAE Labour law.
Liaise with the PRO to ensure documentation, visa process, immigration formalities, etc.
Implementation of HRMS.
Maintain all employee data and records like personal information, job descriptions, offer letters, employment contracts, medical & life insurance and NDAs.
Organize welfare activities for the staff.
Accountable for full employee lifecycle.
Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, attendance rate, performance evaluation and appraisals.
Identifying and implementing various HR initiatives for improving efficiency and achieving organizational and HR Objectives.

Administrative Tasks

Ensure and supervise timely renewal of all company licenses, insurance and other legal formalities.
Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Liaise and negotiate with admin suppliers and companies related to the business activities.
Supervise all aspects related to office administration (fit-outs, courier services, office filing and record, reception, maintenance, general inquiries, etc.)
Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings and perform a wide variety of support duties.

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, further training is a plus.
Professional qualification such as CIPD would be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English (Arabic language is an advantage).
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
Strong leadership skills to guide, support and motivate staff.
A strong knowledge and understanding of the UAE employment law, HR best practices and disciplinary procedures.
Solid ethics and reliability with sound judgement.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and HRMS.
