About the Role
We are searching for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Hostesses. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Seat guests according to reservation preferences and table availability.
• Manage waitlist efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess station.
• Uphold high standards of guest service in line with the restaurant's brand.
• Collaborate effectively with wait staff and other team members.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-end restaurant or lounge setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, Arabic a plus.
