Role Description

Provide nursing care at patients’ homes, ensuring safety, quality, and dignity.
Administer IV therapy, injections, wound care, and medication as per physician orders.
Assist patients with chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and wellness support.
Monitor and document vital signs, progress, and medical records using Wellxa’s digital system.
Educate patients and families on care plans, medication, and lifestyle management.
Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and other Wellxa healthcare professionals.
Ensure strict adherence to DHA, NABIDH, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.
Qualifications

Valid DHA License
Tech-savvy with experience using admin dashboards, CRM, HIS, or EMR systems.
Prior experience in homecare, hospital, or community nursing preferred.
Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations with confidence.
Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Tagalog) are an advantage.
