Home Health Nurse Required in Dubai
1. Perform and ensure all clinical processes, policies and standards of care are carried out and delivered towards patients through collaborative efforts with the whole Nursing, Rehabilitation and other disciplines pertaining to management, care and patient’s safety.
2. Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within established homecare, divisional and unit specific policies and procedures, standards, protocol.
3. Establishes priorities of care, nursing actions and desired outcome in clinical care for all patients.
4. Works within the policy of homecare to deliver the mission, vision and core values of the organization.
5. Assumes responsibility in delivering quality, nursing care and advocacy for patient’s welfare through demonstration of evidence-based practice.
6. Performs nursing duties within clinical scope of practice and professional code of conduct as directed by Nursing Administration, DHA PQR and UAE Nursing Norms.
7. Provide care through demonstration of appropriate knowledge and clinical assessment skills relevant to Homecare and performs their roles according to best practice competency framework and professional knowledge and experience.
