We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team as PRT HOD in the following subjects:
1. PRT - HOD Maths
2. PRT - HOD SST
Position: Head of Department (HOD) – Primary Level
Location: Habitat Schools, Ajman
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the department to ensure effective teaching and learning.
• Design and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support teachers in the department for continuous professional development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their academic growth.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school-wide activities and events.
• Ensure the overall academic success and well-being of students in the department.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE in the respective subject.
Education:
• A regular 3-year Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• A 2-year Master’s degree in the same subject.
• A B.Ed. qualification in the relevant subject.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and curriculum development.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Important: UAE teaching experience is a mandatory requirement.
