The job holder is expected to design & develop HR strategy for a start-up company.

Roles & Responsibility

Develop HR Strategy with clearly defined business relevant outcomes
Collaborate with the CEO and provide strategic direction on people-related matters and establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
Design and implement efficient organization structures with the right layers, spans and controls
Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Develop and review HR processes and metrics to support the achievement of the organization’s business goals
Implement all people-related services, policies, and programmes
Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
Lead people initiatives that address emerging business challenges
Contribute as a key member of the Leadership Team & provide advisory support to the leaders on all people related aspects

Experience & Background

Masters in Human Resources
Min 15 years of experience in Human Resources, and having held recent job titles at the level of CHRO / Head of HR / HR Director
Must have prior work experience in Management consultancy
Expert in designing and implementing HR policies, procedure and Total Rewards
Past experience in start-up environment is preferred
Prior experience in UAE
