Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Leading end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Managing employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Driving performance management systems and implementing effective feedback mechanisms.
• Identifying training needs and establishing employee development programs.
• Designing and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Candidate requirements:
