As we grow, so does our team. We are looking for a talented and highly experienced Head of Customer Service to provide leadership to our multi-site customer service team.
First and foremost, this is a people leader role and developing site teams to deliver exhilarating service to our discerning clients is core to the role. In addition to being a brilliant people leader and communicator, the ideal candidate will bring a vision, high service standards, keen analytical skills, and a willingness to lead by example
What you will do
Provide guidance and leadership to the multi-site customer service team and set department goals and direction guiding and supporting team members to create an exceptional Client Experience.
Responsible to recruit, manage and lead the customer service team.
Responsible for Customer feedback from collection, analysis, and action in order to ensure the highest standards of service.
Develop, maintain analyze and present various KPI’s to monitor departmental performance.
Develop and maintain individual Guest Service KPI to achieve the company objectives, standards and increase productivity within the team
Keep KPIs aligned to the business strategies to drive the right behaviors in the team
