Our client is a retail company and they are looking for a Head of Customer Service to join their team in Dubai

5-7 years of experience in providing customer service support
Candidates MUST currently be a Head of or a Director of Customer Service
Candidates coming from e-commerce industry is essential
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English
Western Educated preferred
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills

Salary: AED 30000 - 40000
