Head of Corporate Banking Required in Dubai

Our client, based in Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint a Head of Corporate Banking to manage and lead an existing team. The successful candidate will have worked in the banking sector in the UAE with significant corporate banking experience at a senior management level and a particular emphasis in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing the country office business plan and budgets in line with the Bank's set business goals and targets to reflect the market outlook / trends
Ensure the Wholesale Banking business growth across the segments of Large Corporate, Govt & Public Sector, Emerging Corporate Banking and diversifying the clientele profile in terms of size and markets in the country
Lead, manage and monitor the performance of the country's corporate banking team towards achieving the set targets
Ensuring high-quality assets portfolio
Ensuring compliance with set policies & procedures and HO strategic guidance

Key Requirements

Strong educational background
10+ years' relevant corporate banking experience
Exceptional people relationship skills and awareness of risk management concepts and practices
Good internal and external stakeholder relationship track record
Arabic speaking candidates are a distinct advantage
