Head Cashier - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head Cashier to lead our retail cash operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train, and support the cashier team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee all cash transactions, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and manage cash register systems, resolving discrepancies and balancing cash drawers.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Prepare daily financial reports and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Maintain proper inventory of cash handling supplies and tools.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cashier team performance.
Requirements:
• Proven UAE experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
