Guest Relations Officer - Dubai

Hiring Guest Relations Officer - to report in Abu Dhabi, preferably Arabic language- Russian language speaker. Other languages are a plus.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English language additional languages are an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries effectively
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Availability to join immediately and in Abu Dhabi
