Position Purpose
Creation of best-in-class creative and content for Sephora ME to delight and inspire our customers across touchpoints.
Execute creative and content for thematics across the year including such thematics as Ramadan and Festive.
Uplift Sephora editorial TOV through engaging content across thematics and institutional campaigns.
Support stakeholders across departments to understand and implement Sephora TOV and brand guidelines.
Support stakeholders across departments with all creative and content executions for Sephora Favorites including package designs, content creation, branding…etc.
Key Accountabilities
Creative Execution
Continue to uplift Sephora content and TOV across touchpoints through best in class concepts and creative executions.
Flawlessly execute the content strategy and concept for thematics and institutional campaigns with out of the box executions that adhere to design best practices as well as platform best practices.
Produce thematic and institutional campaign content for all relevant touchpoints including:
Digital media channels.
Social platforms (IG, FB, YT, Snapchat, TikTok).
OOH, DOOH.
Press kits.
CRM emailers.
Ecommerce website and app.
Deliver creative and content that is on brand and in the Sephora TOV and ensures brand consistency.
Create packaging designs for local brand executions and PR seedings.
Localization
Translate key localized moments in key markets into engaging and effective content executions.
Effectively turn local trends into engaging content in a timely and agile manner.
Execute best in class content that strengthens Sephora’s overall brand and brand love in the region.
Effectiveness and Efficiency
Manage briefs and timelines ensuring all deadlines are met
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all relevant stakeholders on a project
Effectively translate the business needs of cross-functional stakeholders into content
Teamwork
Contribute constructively and effectively to team brainstorms
Lead campaign execution with stakeholders
Work effectively within the structure of the internal creative team.
Skills, Experience and Personality
Skills and Experience
Agency Experience is highly preferred.
Proven graphic design experience.
Original and out of the box thinker.
The ability to conceptualize and visualize creatively.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
Great time-management and organizational skills.
An incredible attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
An in-depth knowledge of media formats and trends.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Up to date with industry standard programs including but not limited to:
o Adobe Illustrator.
o Adobe Photoshop.
o Google web designer.
Personality
Responsive and a great multitasker.
Organized with a great attention to detail.
Energetic, passionate and highly motivated.
Thrives as part of a team.
Adaptable.
