GRAPHICS DESIGNER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for a temporary Proposals Graphic Designer to contract our organization. This is a role for an innovative thinker with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of design. The proposals graphic designer is responsible for all elements of the proposal including uploading and designing within our online platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop graphic design solutions for logos, infographics, templates, layout, covers etc. to support the production of winning proposals
• Prepare layouts, templates, drawings, and other graphics according to input from business development, and proposal managers
• Create designs by using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Conceptualize proposal graphics and themes and technical concepts to portray and solve visual communication problems
• Design high-quality graphics, collateral, and briefing materials to be used for a variety of projects as required/requested

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES:

• Excellent verbal and written skills (English is a must)
• Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment
• Background in Graphic Design and 2+ years of experience in proposals graphic design professional role
• Adobe Creative Suite expert user (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator required)
• Microsoft Office Suite expert user (PowerPoint and Word required)
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Works well independently and part of a team
• Professionally handle constructive criticism
