Position Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print media. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including static graphics and video assets, while leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and enhance design quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Create engaging social media posts, web banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, event branding, and promotional merchandise.
Produce high-quality static graphics and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to deliver compelling and impactful creative campaigns.
Edit and retouch images, illustrations, videos, and other marketing materials.
Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate concepts, enhance images, automate repetitive tasks, and improve creative workflows while ensuring originality and brand consistency.
Create visually appealing presentations and marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and creative best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar platforms.
Strong skills in both static graphic design and video editing/content creation.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and multimedia design work.
