Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional brochures, and patient information materials that reflect the hospital’s brand identity and standards. Daily tasks include developing graphics and layouts, collaborating with marketing and clinical teams to translate messages into clear visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves preparing design files for production, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and adapting designs based on feedback and performance metrics. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming, maintain an updated design asset library, and stay informed about current design trends relevant to healthcare and cosmetic surgery.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print work.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear, aesthetically pleasing communication.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and sensitivity to luxury and healthcare branding aesthetics.
Previous experience in healthcare, beauty, luxury, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
