The clinic provides high quality, evidence-based and compassionate care to children and adult who present with mental health difficulties.
Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Social Media Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

· Create visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
· Design logos, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional materials
· Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
· Develop creative concepts and layouts for campaigns
Video Editing & Recording

· Record videos for marketing, events, interviews, and promotional content
· Edit raw footage into engaging and professional-quality videos
· Add effects, transitions, captions, and sound enhancements
· Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Social Media Management

· Plan and execute social media strategies
· Create and schedule posts across platforms
· Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages
· Analyze performance metrics and generate reports
· Stay updated with trends and implement creative ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management
· Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
· Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
· Basic knowledge of photography and videography
· Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field
Experience running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies
