JOB SUMMARY

Coffee Planet is looking for an on-site, full-time Graphic Designer role based in Dubai. A strong, hands-on Graphic Designer to support the brand across multiple business channels including hotels, restaurants, cafés, OCS, ecommerce, international distribution and retail. This is an execution-focused design role for someone who understands brand systems, can work confidently across print and physical assets, and takes ownership of visual consistency.

The role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and wants to see their work come to life across menus, packaging, coffee carts, event setups, and customer-facing materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Visual Identity
Apply and maintain Coffee Planet’s brand identity across all touchpoints
Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines and design manuals
Ensure consistency across digital, print, and physical brand applications
Graphic Design & Creative Execution
Design menus, flyers, brochures, tent cards, POS materials, and sales collateral
Create PowerPoint and presentation decks for sales, value propositions, and internal use
Design assets for marketing campaigns, launches, and events
Adapt creative assets for different customer segments and channels
Physical & Print Assets
Support the design of physical brand assets such as coffee carts, trolleys, event setups, and café materials
Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with printers and suppliers
Coordinate with fabricators and vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs
Packaging & Product Support
Assist with packaging design for coffee products and related materials
Understand basic packaging structures, die lines, and production requirements
Ensure packaging aligns with brand standards and quality expectations
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support ongoing needs
Manage multiple design requests while meeting tight deadlines
Support internal teams with creative solutions across the business

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Possesses a creative flair.
Strong visual sense and good attention to detail.
Ability to work with both PC and Mac design machines.
Confidence in presenting and explaining ideas to internal clients.
Ability to grasp business needs and consider practical solutions.
Good teamworking skills.
Ability to balance work on several projects at a time.
An awareness of the competitive business environment.
Having a matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected.
Good understanding of print production and artwork preparation
Familiarity with stock image platforms (e.g. Shutterstock)
Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Flexible, adaptable with internal clients, colleagues and organization needs.
Able to multi-task several projects/programs at the same time.
Detailed, organized, and resourceful, reliable, and trustworthy.
Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or FMCG is highly preferred
Experience working with both print and physical brand assets is an advantage
