A leading mobility and automotive organization in the UAE is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its in-house Marketing team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact creative assets across multiple channels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver on-brand creative assets across digital, OOH, showroom, CRM, website, and brand activations
Handle creative requests outside agency SLAs, including urgent and unplanned campaigns
Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts aligned with brand objectives
Adapt creatives across multiple formats, platforms, and audience segments
Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and CRM teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and technical standards

Requirements

3–5 years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion/video is a plus)
Experience working across multiple formats and tight timelines
Portfolio showcasing strong visual thinking and execution
Exposure to automotive, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
Experience with AI design tools is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
