Role Overview:

As a Digital Content Designer within our Sales and Media team, your creativity will shape engaging digital narratives and visuals, ensuring our homepage feeds resonate personally with each member.

Responsibilities:

Craft visual content guidelines that align with strategic business goals and user engagement metrics.
Develop clear and inspiring content guidelines that shape the voice, tone, and visual presentation across SHARE app touchpoints.
Create compelling visual content including banners, graphics, animations, and short videos tailored to our diverse partner brands and member interests.
Collaborate closely with business teams to understand and articulate their content needs, translating these into engaging, personalized experiences.
Continuously refine design and content production workflows to remain adaptive and responsive to evolving business and consumer needs.
Collaborate closely with product designers and digital designers to create cohesive ecommerce journeys and digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and positive brand sentiment.
Apply your design thinking and execution skills throughout the entire product lifecycle, keeping a keen eye on opportunities to step in and step up.
Help shape the visual identity of products, whether that’s translating an existing brand or creating a visual identity from scratch.
Participate in design team reviews, sharing, and brainstorms.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in digital content creation, product design, or visual communication, ideally within a fast-paced product or agency environment.
Strong proficiency in visual storytelling, digital design, and brand content production.
A keen eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and user-centric design principles.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience managing projects end-to-end, from ideation through production and iteration.
Interest and experience in product experiences, understanding customer lifecycle and touchpoints, and crafting experiences that enhance engagement, brand sentiment, and conversion.

Nice to have:

Proven ability to leverage AI and generative technologies (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Flora, Figma plugins, Adobe Firefly, Canva, Runway) to amplify your content creation capabilities, increase productivity, and maintain high-quality output at scale.
Knowledge of Design Systems and content frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across touchpoints and experiences.
