The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual designs and creative assets that effectively communicate the organization’s brand, message, and initiatives. The role involves developing designs across digital, print, and outdoor platforms while ensuring consistency with brand standards and design best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design creative materials including brochures, posters, digital banners, infographics, presentations, social media posts, and advertisements.
Develop digital graphics for web, social media, and video content.
Collaborate with multimedia specialists for motion graphics and animation projects.
Assist in maintaining design templates and content libraries.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Coordinate with printers, agencies, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail.
Ensure all designs adhere to corporate brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical specifications.
Review and update existing materials to keep content current and visually aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in corporate communication, advertising, or government sector).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of digital and print production processes.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI design is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
