Responsibilities
Design and develop visual assets for multiple homegrown F&B brands, ensuring each concept’s identity and tone are consistently represented
Create menus, packaging, promotional posters, in-store materials, digital banners, and social media graphics
Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to translate brand visions into clear, creative visuals
Maintain and update brand guidelines for each concept, ensuring consistent application across platforms
Support new brand creation by developing logos, color palettes, typography, and full visual identities
Create assets for seasonal campaigns, brand events, activations, and product launches
Adapt and resize visuals across various formats for print, social media, and digital use
Ensure artwork is print-ready and coordinate with printers and suppliers for production requirements
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and support concept development for new projects
Work closely with photographers and content creators to ensure visual alignment with brand direction
Keep digital folders and design archives organized and up to date
Stay updated on UAE design trends, F&B aesthetics, and global branding inspirations
Ensure all materials align with each brand’s DNA, values, storytelling, and positioning
Support the marketing team with presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and internal design needs

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand storytelling
Ability to work across multiple brands with different visual personalities
Knowledge of print production, packaging specs, and supplier coordination
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams
Passion for UAE homegrown brands, local design culture, and authentic visual identity
