Role Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the development of high-end creative concepts and oversee the execution of visual assets across print, digital, packaging, and retail environments. This role demands an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to strategically translate brand narratives into impactful visual design. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping the creative direction of campaigns and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee creative design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand vision and luxury standards.
Develop and execute high-level visual concepts for global campaigns, product launches, and seasonal storytelling.
Design and art-direct luxury packaging, promotional materials, visual merchandising elements, and printed collateral.
Create elevated digital assets for web, social media, email marketing, and advertising, ensuring a seamless cross-platform identity.
Collaborate closely with Creative Direction, Marketing, Product Development, and Retail teams to craft cohesive brand narratives.
Partner with photographers, stylists, and production teams to art-direct shoots and ensure consistent visual execution.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring output meets the highest creative standards.
Oversee print production and vendor coordination to guarantee premium finishes and materials.
Stay ahead of luxury design trends, art movements, and cultural references to keep the brand visually relevant and aspirational.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
A portfolio that demonstrates sophisticated, brand-led design work across both print and digital mediums.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion design or 3D rendering is a strong plus.
Proven experience in packaging design, typography, and print production for luxury goods.
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate abstract ideas into visually stunning campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
A strong understanding of global luxury markets and cultural nuances in visual communication.
