We sell primarily through our ecommerce store (www.pectiv.com), delivering across the UAE and KSA. Our mission is simple: to make women’s intimate health safer, more comfortable, and worry-free.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative powerhouse to own PECTIV’s ad and content production. You’ll develop high-converting creative concepts, coordinate UGC shoots, design premium visuals, and edit performance-driven video ads to support our paid and organic growth.

Responsibilities:

Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior for creative ideas.
Edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, Snap, adding motion graphics and captions.
Design static ads, carousels, GIFs, banners, and social assets.
Write ad copy, hooks, captions in EN/AR (with translation support if needed).
Repurpose winning ads into new variations to prevent fatigue.
Maintain brand guidelines to ensure premium identity.
Track creative performance and optimize accordingly.

Qualifications:

3+ years in creative strategy and ad design for ecommerce.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools (CapCut, Canva Pro).
Experience editing short-form performance ads for Meta, TikTok, or Snap.
Ability to ideate and write strong hooks, headlines, and captions in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong understanding of D2C ad creative trends, UGC best practices, and brand consistency.
Portfolio showcasing static designs and short-form video work.
Ability to work quickly and produce multiple creative variations weekly.
