We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our branding and marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design high-quality graphics, marketing materials, and visual content for both digital and print platforms.
Create engaging property brochures, social media creatives, email campaigns, and other real estate marketing collateral.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver creative concepts that align with the company’s branding and business objectives.
Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and tools to ensure the company’s marketing materials remain modern and competitive.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Guide and support junior designers (if applicable) to achieve high design standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
5–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
Prior experience working in a real estate company is a strong advantage.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in both digital and print design.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think visually.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
