Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Graphic Designer / Content Creator to lead the creation of engaging, brand-aligned visual content for Quality Equipment Rental (QER). This role combines videography, graphic design, and branding to effectively showcase our wide range of construction and industrial equipment, company capabilities, and on-site projects across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting & Editing:

Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content featuring equipment, client sites, and operations.
Create dynamic reels, walkarounds, and explainer videos for social media, website, and sales use.
Conduct on-site filming at project locations with an eye for capturing industry-specific visuals (e.g., boom lifts, generators, construction environments).

Static Design & Visual Content

Design static posts, stories, and carousel content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google My Business (GMB).
Create visual content for CRM campaigns, digital ads, and website banners.
Maintain consistency with QER brand identity and visual standards.

Branding & Company Profile Development

Design and update company profiles, service brochures, and event and other branded assets for use in events, exhibitions and expos.
Support the development of branding elements like product sheets, site signage, and fleet branding.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in video production and graphic design, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio with examples of videography, static designs, and branded marketing material.
Understanding of social media platforms and video optimization (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
Comfortable filming outdoors and at active construction sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with construction, heavy equipment, or industrial services.
Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar).
Excellent knowledge of photography.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage content pipelines.
