We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our events team. The ideal candidate is someone who can transform creative concepts into professional event designs for birthday parties, baby showers, corporate/community events, and ensure flawless execution — from design mockups to final on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality event designs, layouts, and mockups from concepts and ideas.
2. Design for a wide range of events — from themed birthday parties to large-scale corporate events.
3. Use professional design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to develop print-ready artwork.
4. Coordinate with printing and fabrication suppliers to ensure timely and accurate production.
5. Oversee installation and execution of designs during events, ensuring quality standards are met.
6. Collaborate closely with the creative and event planning team to bring concepts to life.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in event design preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of professional design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
3. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
