Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create 2D design materials including menus, social media posts, digital banners, packaging, in-store signage, flyers, and presentation decks
Adapt and localize master creative assets for different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Support the team with animation for social media when needed
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute monthly campaigns and promotions
Maintain organized file systems and templates
Contribute fresh design ideas aligned with food, beverage, and lifestyle trends
Support photo shoots or content creation sessions when required

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
1–2 years of experience in a design role, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus
Understanding of social media content formats (Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads) and delivery aggregators
A strong portfolio showcasing creative and on-brand work
Eye for detail, layout, color, and typography
Good time management skills and ability to work on multiple briefs simultaneously
Enthusiastic, proactive, and open to feedback
