Position Title: Graphic Designer

About the Client:

A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:

 Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, digital content, and project presentations.

 Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visual content that effectively communicates the company’s brand and project offerings.

 Develop and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.

 Work closely with the project and development teams to create designs for hoardings, signage, and other site-specific materials.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

 Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

 Must have minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

 Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
