We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer for one of our Aviation client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Purpose:
To coordinate, provide support and execute all graphic design material and ensure timely and effective issuance and communication to all stakeholders in order to ensure that updated information and requirements are relayed in line with corporate communications objectives.
Job Description:
Graphic Designing
Create, design and outline for print media communication required for company.
Develop graphics and layouts for logos, portals, banners, mailers, pop-ups, flyers, booklets, presentations, newsletter.
Conceptualizing, creating, and delivering design solutions that align with the organization's branding and communication goals while ensuring adherence to company’s brand guidelines and standards to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
Manage the relationship with the internal stakeholders such as marketing, communication, and product development, to understand their design needs and create visual assets that effectively convey the intended message.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative and creative elements into designs while ensuring compliance with the governmental guidelines and procedures.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.
Designing for social media, print advertisements, and other platforms.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures:x
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in communication / public Relations with 1 year of experience or as defined in the grade matrix.
