Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling

Develop and implement visual storytelling strategies that effectively communicate the company's technology, products, and brand narrative.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into visually engaging narratives for diverse audiences.

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media.
Design marketing collateral, presentations, product interfaces, and other visual assets in alignment with brand guidelines.

Brand Identity:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual brand identity.
Ensure consistency in design elements and messaging across all platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make iterative design improvements.
Build and manage a creative Calander built around the planned activities for the year.

Technical Proficiency:

Stay updated on design tools, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software to enhance design efficiency and quality.

Deadline Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling expertise.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
