Job Overview:

As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs of properties that will be listed for sale or rent. These photographs will be used to help market the property and attract potential buyers or renter.

Capture high-quality photographs of properties, including exterior and interior shots
Edit and enhance photos using various software and tools
Ensure that all photographs adhere to the company's quality standards and guidelines
Communicate with real estate agents to ensure that their needs are met and that the photographs are satisfactory
Keep abreast of industry trends and new photography techniques
Design visually compelling presentations and graphics for investment slides, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Develop and design company documents, reports, and presentations that uphold a consistent and professional visual identity.
Work closely with the software team to develop intuitive and appealing UI/UX designs for our TERRA app and dashboards, focusing on user experience and functionality.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and iterate on UI/UX designs.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create eye-catching and effective social media posts, including static visuals and videos, to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Produce custom illustrations and graphics to enhance marketing materials, website content, and promotional materials.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all design work by conducting thorough proofreading and finalizing materials before distribution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across presentations, social media, and UI/UX.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience creating animations or video content for social media is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
