Graphic Designer Required in Dubai
Primary Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual and Animated assets, including but not limited to advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, and promotional materials.
Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.
Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and evolve the brand's visual identity.
Create engaging digital designs for online platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product packaging that effectively communicate key messages.
Enhance and manipulate images to improve quality, composition, and relevance in alignment with design objectives.
Create seamless and dynamic animations, employing various techniques, including 2D/3D animation, typography, and visual effects.
Collaborate with the Marketing Executive team other departments to ensure all final artworks are accurately specified and print ready.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related fine arts field.
Proven experience as a Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities in both static and motion graphics.
Proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent understanding of motion graphics techniques, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
Familiar with current design styles and trends and understands the importance of design principles of layout and typography. Interested in new and upcoming mediums and techniques.
Organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with HubSpot is a definite plus. Experience or knowledge of HubSpot's CRM & marketing tools will be advantageous in this role.
