Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Buhaleeba Holding Group located in Dubai. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, branding, typography, and other day-to-day tasks associated with the role including the management of social media accounts.

Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer / Social Media Account Manager will play a crucial role in creating graphics, designing logos, branding, typography, and other day-to-day tasks associated with the role including the management of social media accounts. to enhance our brand's online footprint. This individual will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative solutions for a variety of channels, including digital, print, and social media. This position promotes creativity, and thinking outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce compelling graphics and visual content for marketing materials, branding, logos, company websites, social media platforms, and other digital and print media.
Manage and grow our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially additional channels.
Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand identity, audience, and goals.
Monitor social media trends, analytics, and feedback to optimize content and campaign performance.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and social media content.
Create and schedule regular social media posts, campaigns, and advertisements.
Track and report on social media performance and ROI on a regular basis.
Stay updated on graphic design and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Preferably Arabic speaking
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and digital content.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
