Job Responsibilities

Develop and design creative assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives, including logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, and other visual elements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design concepts for digital and print materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Create compelling and visually appealing layouts for website pages, landing pages, email templates, and social media posts, optimized for user experience and engagement.
Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect graphics and images for use in online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas and best practices into our design work.
Work closely with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other team members to integrate visual and written content seamlessly across various platforms.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and agencies as needed to coordinate production and ensure the quality of printed materials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other design tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback in a team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for responsive websites and mobile platforms.
