The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates his/her passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Role and Responsibilities for the Job Title Role:

Conceptualize and create engaging designs for print and digital media, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, banners, logos, and other marketing collaterals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into visually compelling design solutions.
Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and layouts based on creative briefs and project guidelines.
Use industry-standard design software and tools to create high-quality designs that adhere to brand guidelines.
Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for both online and offline platforms.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date archive of design assets, including logos, images, and fonts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to gather feedback and incorporate it into design iterations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support overall marketing strategies.

Requirements :-

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
