Graphic Design

Gift & Greeting Card design
Gift & Greeting Card printing
Packaging design
Print Management & assembly
Etching & engraving
Balloon assembly
Customer communication
Delivery Support

Accounting / Book Keeping

Inventory management & tracking
Stock count reporting and monitoring
Sales Reporting
Preparation of customer invoices and updating SOA
Following up with clients on the payment status
Reviewing vendor invoices and arranging payments as per the due dates
Support with submitting tax returns
Manage relationship with third parties (suppliers, retailers and couriers)

Additional preffered requirments

Valid UAE Driving license
Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Strong English verbal and written communication required
