Graphic Designer / Social Media Specialist



1. Role Definition

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to drive and handle the technical and strategic implementation of Social media marketing campaigns for our clients. You will be designing a wide array of social media posts / campaigns for clients belonging to various industries.

You should have in depth knowledge of complete Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects to convert the designs into motion graphics is optional but will be preferred.

2. Responsibilities

Content Creation including social posts & stories.
Establishing and creating the social tone depending on the industry.
Creating visual direction for the brand as a whole.
Develop Social Media strategy and plans coordinated with marketing plans and aligned to the business overall objectives.
Develop the weekly and monthly social media calendar.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
Create original and brand-focused messages.
Research relevant markets and conduct competitor analysis.
Define social media KPIs, review engagement insights, and submit monthly reports.
3. Task & Activities

Content Creation & Scheduling:
Drive the day-to-day post & story ideas. Responsible for content creation, scheduling and handling of complete social media profile.

Social Media Strategy & Planning :
It is your role to develop a Social Media strategy and plans for various campaign ideas which could be used to market the brand. Also develop the weekly and monthly social media calendar.

Content Ideation & Research :
It is your duty to do through research on the relevant markets and competitor analysis. Also you will be creating original and brand-focused messages.

Analytical Reports:
You must define social media KPIs, review engagement insights, and submit monthly reports.

4. Tools / Software Knowledge

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects (optional)
