GRAFICA Group is looking for a creative, innovative ambitious Graphic Designer who has a strong solid hands-on experience in branding, brand guidelines, flyers, leaflets, brochures, reports, stationeries, presentations, newsletters and all other printed communications you can think of. Experience in digital communications (websites, e-newsletters, keynote) and exhibition graphics (large and small scale) will also be highly beneficial.

You must have a genuine desire to do brilliant work. Pushing creative standards (and boundaries) across print and digital, you will ensure any creative brief is fully explored and delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, artwork and production of all work.
Responsible for working with external parties to deliver creative on time and in line with any given brief.
Responsible for applying and coordinating the design and brand look and feel, across multiple platforms where required.
Strong awareness of design and production processes in order to challenge design brief and solve design problems.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Solid experience in graphics design. motion graphic experience is a plus.
Ability to design unique, creative and clear various designs (logos, brochures, social media posts, etc)
Meticulous crafting and attention to detail.

Skills:

Good knowledge of full Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and all Microsoft Office software and related graphics designing software and tools.
Ability to oversee and art direct third parties (if any).
Ability to listen to and understand any direction.
Ability to artwork your own work ready for print production is essential.
Ability to enhance existing designs done by others.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Dedicated, passionate and challenging.
Strong ideas with a portfolio to match.
Self-motivated and a team player.
