The position:

We are looking for an experienced Graphic and Web Designer, filled with passion and drive, to join our fast-growing marketing team.

The graphic designer will convert marketing and communication objectives into engaging visual content and campaigns. They will design printed and digital artwork and publicity materials that are aligned to the organizational brand and visual identity.

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in graphics, design, animation, or similar. You will have experience working in a similar role in the industry or as a freelancer with proven success. You will also have worked within brand and style guidelines, and have experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Ideally, you would have video-editing and animation experience but this is not essential.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

Produce creative assets in support of all marketing communication initiatives including, but not limited to digital and social media marketing, websites logo design making along with affiliate creative placements.
Translate business and marketing needs into creative that is clear, compelling, visually interesting, intuitive and emotionally engaging.
Provide graphic design and digital support for offline marketing initiatives where required.
Ensuring finalized designs are visually engaging, are on-brand and meet the designated media type requirements, legal and copyright standards, processes, and procedures
Provide drafts throughout the process for feedback and guidance.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and be an active stakeholder in website look and feel, creative exploration and development of seasonal/promotional themes that support Brand visual standards, style guides, color palettes and templates.
Work as a member of the design group on cross-functional teams addressing web and mobile-related features and enhancements.
Maintain creative asset library, and assist in supporting evolving brand design standards.
Manage multiple projects, for multiple teams and deliver work to deadlines with a positive “can-do” attitude.
Liaising with external associates to arrange printing marketing, advertising, and promotional material
Staying up to date with recent technological and software development within the web and graphics design field
Main requirements:

Relevant educational background within graphic design.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position from a marketing department, advertising agency, or in-house agency.
Technical proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
Strong skills in animation, film production and photography
Knowledge of prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch and InVision will be considered an advantage.
Excellent oral and written skills in English. Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic will be considered an advantage.
Skills in digital marketing and social media production (our main channels are LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok) are desirable for the position.
Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously.
