General Accountant Required in Dubai

About the Client:

A leading developer and supplier of chemical products and solutions with business operations across the globe.

Job Description:

Prepare cheques, transfer letters for payments.
Ensure integrity of accounting function by recording, verifying, and consolidating cash/bank transactions and make sure all invoices are timely booked & vendor reconciliations are performed.
Manage all bank statements and transactions and check all the bank balances and project the flow of cash and credit.
Manage petty cash payment, expenses, and reimbursement.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts department as well as with customers regarding credit confirmation and cheque collection.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
At least 5 years experience in the same role within UAE
Must have knowledge with all rules and regulations of UAE VAT law, inventory process and costing, and preparing Bank LOC (Letter of credit), VAT, Balance sheet, and P&L
Familiar with SAP, MS Dynamics, and MS Offices
