About the job

This cross functional role will be responsible mainly for invoicing, PO creation, petty cash handling along with supporting hand in HR and Administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Junior level data entry work on daily basis for Sales invoice, purchase invoice, expenses booking and bank reconciliation.

2. Responsible for general ledger.

3. Strong Fundamental understanding and experience with Accounting Software

4. Maintain bank accounts by requesting disbursements.

5. Review bank statements.

6. Prepare payroll & handling employee expense claim.

7. Handling petty cash.

8. Coordinating the preparation of basic visas for newly recruited employees

9. Communicate with public services

10.Knowledge of PRO Work like visa processing with immigration and labor

Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree having at least 1+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance

2. Good Communications Skills.

3. Strong Computer Skills and Excel.

4. Accuracy in daily work and other projects.

5. Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.

6. Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors and employees.

7. Ability to function as a team player, responsible, Growth oriented and accountable person with strong organization skills
