Position: General Accountant - preferably Tagalog Speaker
Location: Fujairah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and approve purchase invoices with supporting documents.
• Record invoices for timely payments and follow up on receivables.
• Post journal entries and reconcile transactions in accounting software.
• Manage cash disbursements and reconcile daily transactions.
• Prepare VAT reports and reconcile stock reports with operations.
• Process staff payroll, leave salary calculations, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records, including profit & loss and balance sheet reports.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: 2-3 years of UAE experience in accounting software like Tally & MS Excel.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Communication: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
